Lovely swim with Kevin, Arwel, Owain and Bedwyr. Quite a current taking us upstream to start with and therefore a bit of a current to swim against on the way back but it soon eased off. Lots of jellyfish washed up on the beach by the winds but not too many whilst out swimming.
